Products and ingredients

What are Dingo treats made of?

They are made primarily from cold-pressed flours (millet, chickpea and buckwheat), combined with meat, fish, eggs, vegetables or herbs, depending on the product. You can find the exact ingredients, analytical values and energy content on each product’s page.

Do the treats contain gluten?

Most do — gluten-free options include Fish, Beef, Spinach, Beetroot and Collagen Rusks; Beef and Fish Drops; Beetroot and Spinach Biscuits; Slims; Meatballs and Mini Meatballs; Energy Balls; and Pellets. Standard and Special Rusks, Crackling Drops and Classic Biscuits contain gluten.

Are the treats a complete food?

No. They are complementary dog food — a reward and addition to your dog’s everyday diet, not a replacement for its main food.

What sizes do you sell the treats in?

Depending on the product: 90 g, 150 g, 250 g, 500 g, 2.5 kg and 13 kg. Mini Meatballs and Pellets are sold in 150 g packs, while Slims come in 90 g and 250 g packs.

How much does shipping cost?

Within the Czech Republic: Zásilkovna to a pickup point or Z-BOX from CZK 99, Zásilkovna to an address from CZK 139, and PPL to an address for CZK 119. For parcels over 5 kg, Zásilkovna costs more — CZK 199 to a pickup point and CZK 209 to an address. We ship to Slovakia from €5.

When is shipping free?

Shipping is free on orders over CZK 1,500. PPL shipping is also free for parcels over 13 kg, as is personal pickup in Liteň.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch parcels from Liteň, and PPL usually delivers them within 1 to 2 business days.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes, personal pickup at Leč 322, 267 27 Liteň is free.

Do you deliver to Slovakia?

Yes, we ship to Slovakia via Zásilkovna and PPL. Prices are in euros.

Payment and orders

How can I pay?

By credit or debit card online, bank transfer or cash on delivery.

How do I log in to my account?

Go to ucet.dingo-suchary.cz, enter your email address and sign in using the six-digit code sent to your email. You don’t need to remember a password. Once logged in, you’ll see all your orders.

How do I return an item or make a complaint?

You can return items within 14 days of receipt. You can withdraw from the contract or make a complaint by logging in to your account at ucet.dingo-suchary.cz.

The e-shop operator and manufacturer is Dingo Liteň s.r.o., Company ID 08554480, with its registered office at V Pořadí 394, 252 26 Třebotov. Pickup and dispatch take place in Liteň at Leč 322.
