Shipping policy
This is a translation provided for information purposes. The Czech version is the binding one.
Shipping
We dispatch orders from Liteň. Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days from dispatch.
Delivery options and prices
- Personal pickup in Liteň – free
- Zásilkovna pickup point or Z-BOX – from CZK 99 (from EUR 5 to Slovakia), up to 15 kg
- Zásilkovna home delivery – from CZK 139 (from EUR 5.75 to Slovakia), up to 15 kg
- PPL to your address – CZK 119 (EUR 6.95 to Slovakia)
- Cash on delivery – CZK 39 surcharge; we do not ship cash on delivery to Slovakia
Shipping is free on orders over CZK 1,500.
Where we deliver
We deliver within the Czech Republic and to Slovakia.
Tracking
Once we hand the parcel over to the carrier, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link.
Undelivered or damaged parcel
If the parcel does not arrive within the expected time, write to info@dingo-liten.cz or call +420 773 150 335. Please report a damaged parcel to the carrier, ideally on receipt, and let us know.
